Don't worry, everything needs to be in writing, forget about what she says...

Contact the two repair guy to have them write down their honest opinions how long has this leaking been. The fridge is brought in by her and.WRite done on letter: make sure you need to demand HER to fix the floor problem. You can not expect she will fix it but that will make her worried that you DO have your proof. And at the same time provide her the other option I just told you.

Lesson learned: take pictures all the time, follow the lease, let go of your own emotion, and communicate in writing. Next time do not give yourself so much worries..
