头疼的问题 -- 请教各位房东

请教各位房东：我有一房，租给四个年轻人。由于一个房客拖延，只有三个人和我签了租约。现在这个没签租约的人欠我租金，又不回我电话。大家有什么建议？
因为她没签租约，她是trespassing，我可以报警吗？
