Short sale, 2nd loan with Chase, 头疼

快半年了，还在买房子，是自住房。第一个银行一个月前就批了，可第二个银行Chase还在拖。屋主可能欠他们十几万，第一个银行只愿意付1.3万，Chase元旦一过就答复了，不行，但没有说想要多少。我们说那就再加2千，自己掏腰包。这都两个多星期了，没信儿。讨厌的是chase用一个叫Oxford的3rd party 在中间跟我们agent打交道，那个人上个星期又不在。 这个loan我确信没有没有卖给Oxford。Oxford 相当于negotiator的角色。

第一个银行要求的closing date是1/31，肯定来不及了，可以延期，但不能超过2/20。 否则以前做的appraisal就过期了，要重新做appraisal，重新approve我们的offer。都快没信心等了。

这里买过很多short sale的有经验的人士，有谁和Chase打过2nd loan的交道，最后settle的amount 是 loan的10%左右吗？ 不知道他们到底想要多少，拒绝1.3万的offer时也没有counter，agent说他听说Chase就是这样，真的吗？如果他们想要的离我们太远，就不想耗着了。还有，Oxford Management Service 这个公司有听说吗？多谢。
