I don't think it's a good time for sell. I was interested in Lowell area, and think you may get good profit if you sell at years later.It seems easy for you to hold it as you have a good cash flow - you can break even at 50% vacancy.
Suggestions: 1)strictly screen future tenants - 宁缺毋滥, and 2) 别上门收租，不安全!
