Agreed with you

I read her blogs before, felt she just wanted to show off she was doing RE investing as well. But from what she showed in her blogs, the most important key principle of RE, which is cashflow, was totally ignored. She bought those properties only based on she liked them or not in a 小资 way. Either, she is super rich, playing in RE just for fun, or made up those stories to let the world know she is doing RE too. Or the last possibility is that she is normal rich, if so, she will go bankrupt soon.
