找CONTRACTOR修理

版上很多大小地主都是有专用CONTRACTOR

或汗滴男来做修理,但是我的房租除去月付,

TAX/INSURANCE,就剩25-50块/月.只要请

CONTRACTOR小修一把,无论水电气结构,小

半年的CASH FLOW就没了,请分享一下经验?

再可靠的CONTRACTOR也不是免费的啊.
