请教各位老大，这种房子closing 有什么问题？

看中一个SFH 带旁边一个lot 合卖一个价钱， 房子有租客，现在是month by month. seller 告知这个租客有一段时间无交房租了。

假设seller 在 closing 前没有赶走这户租客，closing 有问题吗？ 如果closing 怎样赶。
