Be careful

任何关于GAS的东西，我都SUPER CAREFUL。 我请HANDYMAN装STOVE and Dishwasher, and other appliances. Asked the handyman only get the stove ready to be connected. I hired another licensed plumber to do the gas connection only, for $150. I checked his license, insurance before doing the job. Licensed plumber or not makes difference. The licensed one had special tools to sniff if there is gas leak. I paid extra money for liability and insurance purpose.

I know this may be overkill for a simple gas connection but will save you big should any liability happens.

不要因小失大。长在河边走，一定会湿鞋。没事，就没事。有事，就是大事。你有umbrella insurance吗? 有大事，都不是几个MIL能打住的。看看JY的4个UNIT烧掉了吗，还烧死一房客，。。。。他要是没有FIRE INSPECTION PASS，那官司就大了，。。。。。
