Should I write them a nice letter to remind them and give them a certain date, after that refer to a lawyer? The thing is put a lien will not get the money immediately and everybody's fee still goes up for next quarter. Maybe I can find a lawyer whose fee will be contigent upon recovery of the condo fee?
Plus, I have no idea how to put a lien on somebody's property.
