卖房子房产经纪收7% 合理吗

她告诉我这个7% 如果买方有经纪就和对方平分, 如果买方没有经纪她就全拿, 其中还包括给介绍我们要卖的这个房子给她卖的那个朋友(也是个房产经纪)20% 的commission.
