请教,学生贷款 和 买投资房

一位朋友想把孩子上学的钱拿出来买白菜房，觉得机会难得。 他们家庭W2收入是不可能拿任何needed based scholar 的， 所以想让孩子先借钱上学，以后投资房refinfinace 再还。诸位理财专家们帮忙算算， 这样划算吗？
