it is said the water faucet was open, when water was turn on back later, it flooded,(according my tenant,he shut off the faucet), and dripped down to the first floor.
I wonder who is to be blamed, the pest control man? or maybe the tennant who forget to turn off the faucet? who is most likely made the mistake? Should the landlord be there? should I buy an insurance?
