1. go to your local newspaper, find real estate page (online version ok)

2. find an agent with personal website ( most of them have now )

3. go to his/her site and register

4. search for property: for sale, under agreement or sold

5. find more agents and check a couple of sites for more accurate info

6. all info source is mls
