最近学当地主的体会（一）

买白菜房修修出租原来觉得应该是比较简单的事情，现在具体做起来要操心的真不少。最近生活规律全乱了，总是在家和投资房之间跑去跑来，电话打过去打过来，但很多时候其实没效率。又没帮手，大大小小事都自己一个人操心，很繁琐。

上班时感觉比平常累，工作一不小心拖下来这到周末了又要赶。

孩子课外活动太多，一周5天每天都有接送。原来是很紧凑，现在简直就是跑晕头！

股票完全没法做，根本静不下心看盘，看了也想不清楚，不敢下手。

早就订好机票要去渡假，现在觉得时间怎么在个半生不熟的位置，不去不行，去了又放不下这些事儿。

好几次晚上睡不好觉，盘算些鸡毛蒜皮。心里都知道是鸡毛蒜皮，但就是忍不住要去盘算。还做梦，梦到contractor不理俺了，拿着工具扬长而去...很挫折的感觉。所以每天都要提醒自己加倍谨慎小心，把各项事情尽量handle好，总的来说，情绪比没买投资房之前紧张很多。
