投资condo合算吗？

本地的condo实在太便宜，1万5到2万能买到2/2，8、900sqft的，而且是在不错的区，应该能租到700，地税大概不到一千/年，HOA要3-400/月，买它10个8个的，自己管理，不知是否合算。
