I think you got a prof tenant, his purpose now is to delay the case, try to live in your house free for long time. He can also challenge your filing, so try to get a evict attorney mentioned by landlord_china, to make sure you don't make a mistake. One mistake will cost you to start all over again. Depends on which state, you need find an eviction atty who is fimilar with the landlord and tennant law.
