I estimate I have to spend on average 20 hours per month on my rental properties. But the time is well spent considering I am getting $8K+ cash flow each month, so I am paid $400 per hour, not bad at all.
If I don't have to make much effort and still get paid handsomely, I'd be worried that something is wrong ...
