请问， 房客要求装satellite dish on the home for cable and internet servi

PM sent email today:

"The tenant wants to install satellite dish on the home for cable and internet service.  do you have any problem with that?  Most owners allow, but totally up to you.  I can sign off for you if you agree.  Let me know."

 

The tenant moved in at the end of May, one-year contract. He has lived there for about 6.5 months.

应该同意吗？ 注意什么？
