title company and realtor are american owned. they are in same b

realtor complain that my finace broker did a bad job for postponing the document and find a not qualified title company for my current house which to do cash out/refinance.

Realtor's title company is for rental property, they have good relationship.  after settlement, the house is under my name, there is no transition time.  realtor and owner have the risk of getting a house that they don't want.
