请问: LLC实际上就是夫妻两个人在运做,

是应该注册成只有一个人的LLC呢?还是把两个人都列进去?

如两人都列进去,应该把丈夫,妻子都列为member吗? 还是应该一个是member,一个是manager? 都有什么好处和坏处?那种能更省税呢? 请明白人给指点.先谢了.
