Yeah, I even didn't post open house at craiglist. All parties called me before and I told them the open house time. I think I priced very well, with same price, they will get a older house. My house is 6 yrs old, looks very clean and with good quality, very good size of yard.
The 2nd candidate talked to my daddy and hu*****and, they all like him. He knows what landlord wants. But I am not sure if things he said is true. He brought his W2 at 2009 and recents pay stubs when he came to see house. Because he lived in the same area before, and he really wants the house.
