由于房子有白蚁，我的贷款银行要求卖方杀白蚁后才能放款， 卖方不愿意修，但给了$6000的credit.我的经纪为了能成交，自己找人杀了白蚁，要我成交后给他$3000.大家听说过这样的事吗？ 有何建议。
