利息和价钱是反方向运作

利息低，你买的价钱就高。等回头利息回升了，你手上bond的价钱就掉价了，那你不赔了？

“降息本是为了迫使美国人将更多的存款（包括bonds）转为美国国内的大风险投资（如股票，房地产）以刺激美国经济”，这应该是原因之一。主要也是针对美国公司。Companies holds a lot of cash, this may force companies to take sell the bonds and spend out either equipment, or hiring more people, or both, in order to generate higher return.
