This is our worry too in this down market. It is likely that we will sell for no profit at all, hopefully not at a loss. If option 1 doesn't work out, we may have to try to rent out quietly since we heard some rental activities going on in this community (supposing that this HOA is not quite enforcing the rules). Anyway, this is a headache and killing our investment enthusiasm on real estate market.
