One of my properties: $320K purchase price, 25% down, monthly mortgage payment (including principle, interest, property tax, insurance) $1890, monthly rental income $4600. Actually all of my properties are roughly the same profile. Anyway, do not pretend to know something that you don't have any real experience of... Well, on that front, I did have real experience of FAS/FAZ before, hee hee.
