欲购一房,地下有ＯＩＬ　ＴＡＮＫ，我想让ＳＥＬＬＥＲ移走，对方是一老太太，如果她不想移，我应该要多少钱来解决这个问题呢，是不是很麻烦？没经验，希望大家赐教．听说ＯＩＬ换ＧＡＳ要５０００多，挖地下油箱是不是另外算钱呢？
