ask advice

One old tenant asked me if I can give the money for her to paint the house since she lived in the house more than 10 years. I only took over this unit for 2 years. She said she can paint by herself but I need pay for her paint. I don't know if I need pay for that. I am thinking just give her some money to let her buy by herself. Any suggestion? How did your guys do for this kind of old tenants? Tenant is nice and never late pay except have two dogs and a little messy inside house which I don't feel good.
