算不上高人，但本长老认为你的international 的比重太低了， 应该增加到30%左右，real estate 则可以降低到5%。其它几个选择，不知里面是什么东西，不好评论。


本人401K的allocation 大致如下,你可以参考一下。

Large cap growth 12.5%
Large cap value 12,5%
Mid-Cap Growth 15%
Mid-Cap Value 15%
Small cap value 15%
International 30%
