要是大的项目，或者自然条件引起，例如大风吹翻了屋顶等我向保险公司要赔偿。要是小的项目，例如1千块左右的，我从来不去麻烦保险。因为他们留下记录的。我怕影响我所有其它rental 物业的保费（到renew时提高）。
