Well, I got a call from insurance the other day. They were asking me when the repair would be done, since they are still waiting to pay for my lost rent. It seems to me that they won't pay any lost rent before the repairs are done.

I guess the worst case scenario would be I don't get anything for the lost rent. But they'll hopefully not take any money they already paid.
