我是不是太冲动了?

上周六开始看出租房,上周日递OFFER,今天已经SIGN CONTRACT了,全现金,是同一社区同MODEL里今年最低的成交价格,卖方还给一年的APPLIANCES WARRANTY.

我这个全现金是用REFIN自己的房子搞定的,根据REFIN的TERM和RATE,我的租金不能全部COVER MORTGAGE PAYMENT,我这个出租房是不是不太值得啊?
