可以租着这样的人吗？

夫妻二人，credit很差，男方530， 女方570。男方有3个collection，但总金额只有1500，目前有一个车payment，当然已经pass due了。一张credit card，balance3000. 女方2个破产记录，两个collection记录，总金额超过60000. 二个都有工作，两个17岁小孩，一个1岁小孩。男方工作10年，在同一个医院。女方工作on and off，但也有大概5-6年工作经验，两人税后收入3800， 房租1000. 愿意从工资里面Direct deposit付房租。大家认为这种情况，可以租给他们吗？
