credit report + criminal report + eviction report 可是防烂人的最重要的把关. 如果potential tenant 真喜欢你的房子, 会出这个钱的.
我跟房客说, 如果通过screening, 我们可以考虑从第一个月的房租退回screening fee. 当然是看情况而定.
