has no cash for other investiment, it may be the only option with relative lower risky comparing to margin trading of gold/FX/stock. When you do margin trading gold/FX/stock, even if you know the big trend, you still die due to margin call resulted from fluctuation. But, for house, if you choose right house and right tenant, you are using other people's money.
