求救：Evict此房客有没有问题？

水费是房客负责的。现得知房客没付水费，水公司将把水关掉。另外此房客不交房租，我想要Evict她。请问如果房客到截止日期还不付水费，水公司把水关掉，那我Evict她时是否有麻烦？因为在Evict的过程中，房东是不可以切断utility 的。虽然我并没有去断水，是她自己不交水费造成的。还有，水公司是Hold Owner Responsible For Water Bill 的，所以如果她坚持不付水费，最后还是我买单。

唉，坏房客真让人头疼。还说自己以前做过Council Woman，整个一赖皮，不知怎样才能请她走。

还有，听做Eviction的律师讲，根据加州法律，出3-day Notice 和以后Evict时，只有Rent可以写在上面，所有Late Fee就没法要回来了，不然的话，到时Court可能说你做的不对，从3-day Notice重新来过。不知是不是这样？虽然我的Lease 里有一条说："All items owed under this lease shall be deemed additional rent."从来没赶过人，胆战心惊的。
