so many people buying stock and/or bond, why stock and bons are crashing? You have to do things right in any kind investment in order to gain profit.

RE is good for hard working, small potato. It is very hands-on. Borrowing money, looking for house, getting tenants , collecting rental, fixing things by DIY in order to save money, blah blah. It is a small business. By the end, win big even the price drops.
