from what you replied, I even more believe either you know nothing about real estate, or intentionally try to confuse people. As what I said in my posting, I fully borrowed, meaning I didn't put any my own money. then what is my opportunity cost? Zeor!!.
My definition of opportunity cost is the benefit of putting my money in the other investment. What is yours? Based on my definition, I have zero money to invest in other ways, such as gold, or bond, then zero opportunity cost. Do you agree? Or you have some other confusing definition?
