mortgage paid: 900.5x12x30=324,180

now let's said rent in 1980 is $300, in 2010, 1% of sale price $2700, we take an average of that over 30 years.

(300+2700)x12*15= 540,000

so, the saving is 540,000-324,180 = 215,820

-taxes for 30 years (76000+270000)/2 * 2.5% x 30= 103800?

-insurance for 30 years $50month x 12 x 30 = 18000?

net saving $94,020
