急教：今天才得知看中的房子明天要拍卖， 请问我需要准备些什么呢？

刚刚经纪打电话来告诉我看中的那套房明天要拍卖， 而他又没有空， 我只能明天自己一个人去。 从没留意过拍卖房，请问有经验的大侠们教教我该怎么做？

好像要求$5,000Cashier check 进场，银行一下没那么多钱，请问拿Cash去可以吗？

经纪告诉我要做Research on Title History, Tax Lien, Public Record and Bankruptcy Info, because EACH property is the responsibility of the bidder.请问那样我要怎样做Research呢？

还要些什么我是需要注意的呢？　例如如果我Ｂｉｄ下了那个房子，　我当天需要付多少钱呢？　它会给多少时间我去准备余下的Ｂａｌａｎｃｅ呢？　谢谢各位了！
