我越想越觉得糊涂了的房子不该卖

我有个亲戚买了5000尺豪宅，1个多亩的地。他们做生意收入不错，但仍觉得每月HOA $200多，水$５00多，园丁$５00多，税$１000多 是个浪费。春天一次院子clean up$２000，想请人重新做院子，草地小点，re-do Landscape 要12万。总之，花费很大。从投资角度，不如买60－70万，有钱再卖投资房地等。
