怎么给foreclose房子offer?

看到一个foreclosure房子，刚上市7天，要价12万。在5月前有$8000credit 的时候完全一样设计的房子（short sale，房子的condition 稍好一些）成交价是117，000。我希望112，000 能把这个买下来。

按我的realtor的建议给了105，000的offer，回复是12万，不变，马上加到112，000，回复是119，000。realtor让我在加价。

我第一次买房，没有经验，但觉得几天内给3个offer很被动。问问大家应该怎么给offer?另外，这个房子目前的regular sale的价格应该是125000左右（面积很小，我是根据一个社区里最近的交易估计的）。我给的价钱太低吗？
