大家在那家保险公司买投资房屋保险？房子多了有没有discount？

我目前在metlife， 最近买了个房价格135k， 但我的保险代理告诉我该房的replacement cost是210k， 所以我要保210k的险。结果一年保险要$970. is it too much? 大家是怎么买投资房保险的？有没有什么需要注意的地方？
