有时在想，这will and living trust, 好像是富人的保护伞。

一点银行存款和几个廉斗，没啥财产的话，干嘛要给绿师打工呢？

bank acct: ITF (in trust for) should take care of death;

propertie title: community property with right of survivorship is enough, right?
