现有5个投资房, 6个单元,全部现金买的. 计划cash out几个房后再买投资房.否则租金都交税去了. 几个预算后发现如果cash out全部6个单位再投资新的foreclosure房子, 每月到手上的现金就少多了. 尽管省税, 但现金太少也不好, 谁知这房价什么十后才涨得上去? 各位有经验地主给出出主意, 应该怎样计算平恒? 有没有最佳点?
