回复：房客威胁搬出我的townhome, 我该如何回答

那要等很肯定没有leaks了，才补洞的呀。如果马上补上，leaks 没有全修好，不是又要open the wall. 他的理由是，too many problems in the unit and cause huge inconvenience. 前面的房客住了一年，没有任何问题，他们一搬进，还不到1个月，就出现了很多问题。我们是一有问题，马上找人修的，没有耽搁一下。但是问题出现了，不是我们能够控制的呀。如果他们一定要搬，我可以抠security deposit 吗？
