请教各位老地主--碰到一个不太友好的landlord

1. 在签lease的时候要一个月deposit，第一个月和最后一个月房租，这样一些要交3个月房租，请问这样正常吗？以前租房子都是只要一个月deposit和第一个月房租。

2. 不愿意签2年lease，说什么有可能在一年后涨价。

3. lease上说在all reasonable times都可以进房子inspectation。 在lease结束90天内at reasonable times都可以show房子给下个租户。这个reasonable times究竟是什么意思，也不提要征得我们同意什么的。

4. lease要一个多月以后才开始，现在就要交3个月房租（包括一个月房租的deposit），而且现在房子也不怎么干净，能收拾成什么样也不知道。

5. lease中写了一条，如果现在租户不能按时搬走，lease就自动终止，landlord也没啥责任，这样正常吗？

价钱中等，location还不错，有点喜欢才犹豫。
