both in South CA. built in 70's
1. $137k, 827 sqft, no hoa, monthly rent $1000-1200 (peak time sale $300k)
2. $107k, 1280 sqft, $314 hoa/m, monthly rent $1100-1200 (peak time sale $400k)

short sale, waiting bank approval.
Any comments?
