I have 10 mortgages, 2 credit line, 6 credit cards with ballances, and 3 private loans. Total more than 3.5 millions.

But, I have equities in most properties and make four times of an average IT professional. I have never, I mean never, been late on any bills. I have a very good control of my finance and also risks I am running. I know what I am doing.
