好租客(交通,学校都好)。CAPRATE不高,仅6% (我的租金都比市场少)。但是省心
(房租按时,很少修理)。想再买一个,看来看去还是这个区好些。可是很担心都买
在一处,没有分散风险。这个也不是很TOP,很SOLID的区,要不也不会有这么多REO和
SHORT SALE。各位的意见如何? 谢谢!
