刚买了一百万的房, 和LG吵的一塌糊涂, 肯求大家帮助.

买房本来是好事, 尤其是一个值一百万的大房子. 但是家家有本难念的经, 我家的问题是我和LG关系不好. 他为人很豪爽, 好面子, 做事花钱都大手大脚. 他觉得我小家子气, 扣门, 给他丢面子. 这次买房是因为我刚刚换了新工作, 而且工资大大提高, 上班才一个月不到, 他就提出来换大房子, 最后我只好同意了.

我们住在中西部, 俩人加起来收入三十万左右. 不过也要看公司的效益, 好的年景可以多拿4,5万; 不好的时候可能还要低于三十万. 我们有一个孩子, 快三岁了, LG想再要一个, 可是我觉得自己根本不可能HANDLE. 如果再生一个, 怎么还能保住现在这份工作呢?

还有一个大问题就是国内的父母. 年纪大了, 身体也不好, 常常需要我们接济. 而且我们年纪虽然不小, 但从学校毕业没有几年, 没有什么积蓄. 买这个房子付20%的首付也很艰难, 搞不好还要向亲戚借钱. 这样一来几年都不会有什么闲钱了.

大家帮我看一下, 这个买房的决定是不是太仓促了? 我们还能WALK AWAY吗? 大不了不要那个ERNEST MONEY了. 如果真买了, 我们的经济能力能对付吗? 感谢大家的帮助.
